Please beware of their generator service. I bought a new Briggs & Stratton 26kw unit and was having problems with the unit running rough. I contacted Briggs and they contacted Taylor, who's an authorized Briggs agent. Taylor power came out and looked at my unit and couldn't fix it. No harm no foul, Right? The tech was super nice, but heres the rub. I was charged over $300.00 for a unit that's under warranty and still is not running right to date. Check in:8:50AM Check out: 9:20AM Parked by the docks and went for to check in. A guy started telling me that I didn’t open my trailer doors yet, even though I wasn’t in the dock (idk what was that for🥴) Overall not bad it’s just the people are a bit weird here.
