Great family owned company. Quality product and wonderful employees.
They came out a year ago to fix my standby generator because it would only run a couple hours under load and stop. They told me that it was just a bad computer board. They tried to charge me hundreds over what they quoted me to fix by sending me two separate bills months apart. They finally agreed to stick to quote after some back and forth.
