Receptionist was nice enough to put me through to the conveyancing persons voicemail..we need help with a title change... Message left with no response... If you're too busy at least have the decency to call and say you can't help.

My GF and I used TP to do the legalities for our house purchase. We can't recommend this firm. The only pleasant aspect of our visit was the receptionist who was friendly and helpful. The lawyer who we dealt with was unfriendly and seemed like she wanted to be anywhere other than dealing with my gf and me. My name was misspelled on the first round of documents which led to a twenty minute wait, odd considering my correct name spelling was on the documents submitted to them.
