I’m really upset here. I ordered a jelly cat October 9th for my daughter’s birthday (Oct 23rd) plenty of time right? No- oh and I still don’t have it today. October 29th. I’ve emailed them. They said on 10/21 they would ship it out in the morning with tracking info. Never got them. ordered a jelly cat october 10th, have emailed, messaged on social media (they won't accept new messages on Instagram) and have called the store multiple times and cannot get ahold of anybody. Terrible experience, bigger let down that products just simply don't show up. Don't order online - it'll never come. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before trying to purchase!
I went to shop local in downtown this week, and I knew this store had jellycats (stuffed animals) that I was going to purchase for my friend. I was in the shop for about 10 minutes, no one ever came out from the back or was attentive. I decided it wasn’t worth it and put the item back and left. I had gone to another store and gotten into my car and one of the workers ran up to my car to accuse me of stealing… never in my life have I been treated that way. They said “we have you on camera”. I've bought three sweaters from this boutique in 2018 when my son was 4. He has gently worn them, and my 4 year old daughter, who is five years younger than my son, has worn them. I can testify that the clothes are quality clothing. I still have the sweaters, and the colors are still vibrant after being used by two children. I've bought several other sets and dresses for my daughter last year, and she can still wear them this school year.
It’s been over two months since I placed my order, and I still haven’t received the product. You claimed you were looking into the issue, but I’ve received absolutely no update. This is completely unacceptable. I paid nearly 300,000 KRW and have not been refunded. You are ignoring all messages and providing no response whatsoever. This is blatant negligence and terrible customer service.
