Wow. Now looking at that, they only have three stars does not surprise me. The utter lack of communication that shop has is incredible. You would think for a small shop. They would have more customer service skills, but there is a lack there of. I had ordered a dollhouse online, which did not previously state pre-order and stated that what is available. I placed an online order for a Jellycat item from Taylor & Max over four weeks ago and, unfortunately, have had a very disappointing experience. I have left several voicemail messages and sent emails requesting an update on my order, but I have not received any response. I have also not received the item or any tracking information. I’m really upset here. I ordered a jelly cat October 9th for my daughter’s birthday (Oct 23rd) plenty of time right? No- oh and I still don’t have it today. October 29th. I’ve emailed them. They said on 10/21 they would ship it out in the morning with tracking info. Never got them. Had to email again and on the 23rd usps shows on my Shop app. Still today it shows “waiting for details” I wish if you can’t or don’t have the actual product you don’t allow people to buy it for the simple fact it will NOT come on time if it ev... read more

I've bought three sweaters from this boutique in 2018 when my son was 4. He has gently worn them, and my 4 year old daughter, who is five years younger than my son, has worn them. I can testify that the clothes are quality clothing. I still have the sweaters, and the colors are still vibrant after being used by two children. I've bought several other sets and dresses for my daughter last year, and she can still wear them this school year.

ordered a jelly cat october 10th, have emailed, messaged on social media (they won't accept new messages on Instagram) and have called the store multiple times and cannot get ahold of anybody. Terrible experience, bigger let down that products just simply don't show up. Don't order online - it'll never come. Wish I would have seen the other reviews before trying to purchase!
