As a long-time repeat customer of Taylor and Martin, I am extremely dissatisfied with how my company was treated regarding a recent purchase from their Pekin, Illinois auction. We unknowingly purchased a DEF-deleted semi truck—equipment that is illegal to operate under federal law, specifically the Clean Air Act (see 42 U.S.C. § 7522(a)(3), which prohibits tampering with or removing emissions systems). Excellent experience here, hopefully i can comeback here again.
Bought several trucks from this place. always been pretty good. came here today asked to start two trucks because they had bad batteries at 11am they said they had lunch at 1:13 they said again that lunch. zero respect for the customer
