I recently entrusted this company with the task of cleaning my home, expecting professionalism and thoroughness. Instead, I was met with a series of disappointments that I cannot overlook. Lady was late for starters. She smelt like a pack of cigarettes, was coughing, and complaining she didn't feel well from going out with her guy the night before. Our house is only 1,100 sqft. She spent the first 2hrs locked in a bathroom smaller than most people's closets. She continued to "clean" the rest of the house. I told her she didn't need to do 2 of the 3 bedrooms leaving only about 600-700sqft to clean. She finished early and left.
