Had an appointment at 10 AM. They didn’t tell us to arrive early but did anyways and got there at 9:30 and had to fill out paperwork. Fine. Time passed and asked what was going on and no nurses were available or something. By 11:30, I asked what is taking so long and the lady up front said “oh it should only be about 5 more minutes”. 11:45, we get called back. I understand offices being behind on schedule but almost 2 hours? That’s unacceptable.
I just had my first appt there as part of my WTC visit. Very friendly staff and the doctor was great. Took his time and didn't rush through the exam. This was one of the best doctor visits I have experienced in a while.
Always friendly people there. Never a long wait, I'm always in and out in a timely manner. Very clean environment. The staff explain everything to you so you understand what's going. I highly recommend Taylor Made Diagnostics
