I read the prior reviews and decided to give him a chance anyway, but unfortunately my experience ended up matching what others described. After payment was made, communication became very poor and it was difficult to get follow-up or resolution. I do not like leaving negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware before paying upfront. Based on my experience, I do not recommend.
We paid a $5,000 deposit (held in a trust account) to Norton IP Law Firm (Taylor Norton) on September 2, 2025, for representation on a specific trademark matter. Over three months later, zero progress has been made, and no application has been filed with the USPTO. Initial phone calls were repetitive and failed to advance the case. If I could give zero stars I would. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable at our first meeting but The second he cashed our check he became unavailable and provided little to no help or information. It took over a year to get him to file any paperwork for the patent. Going on FIVE years with no final patent. Cost us almost 10,000 dollars for nothing!!
Taylor did not TM excellent in about 4 days which is great time. He did so perfect that i am impressed. I can not say thank you enough for doing a great and quick job . Just one misunderstanding that price quote was in by the job but charged me by the hors. Which is fine and I do recommend to any one living in this area or out of the area if you need any thing related to IP or TD then do go to him and you will not be sorry. He is great to work with and knows what he is doing and do it fast. Thank you so much Taylor.
