2026 Update: We are less than 2 months shy of the 3 year mark since we closed on the property. Yesterday, we were finally given the clear title with everything from the previous owner discharged. We appreciate the efforts of this team to get this matter resolved. We used this team for the sale of our old home and purchase of a new property in 2023.
