These guys are the best! We looked all over the tri-state area to find the Kia Sorento that we wanted. It was right here in Toledo! The model we wanted, and the price we were looking for! Aleks was our salesman and he is SIMPLY AMAZING!!! Not only did he work to get us the deal we wanted, he really got to know our 7-year-old son as they talked about soccer and the world cup. Thanks to Donny Palicki I was able to find a car that went above and beyond my expectations! He went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle. He even ordered me some small trim pieces that had been missing and had some scratches touched up to make sure the vehicle was in the shape I wanted. Purchased my 2018 Kia Rio on 8/18/18 and love it! This is the second time purchasing from Kia. My first purchase was in 2013. Great customer service both times! Would definitely recommend Kia to friends and family that are looking to purchase a car.
They had fast, professional and prompt service today! Josh is great! They took time to clean my car got all the soap off this time and even vacuumed the inside. Job well done. I ran an errand while they were servicing my Kia, Josh called me when my car was ready. They even had my car parked inside for me. Way to go team! You are definitely stepping up...
