A very comfortable and handy property to use as a base. Very well furnished and decently equipped - but decor is in poor condition. However, it is warm, secure, quiet, had its own garden and parking, and the beds are comfy. Dog friendly and good walking for them on the door step. Very handy for visiting Durham. When we visited there was an absolute mountain of rubbish bags on the driveway, literally weeks and weeks worth of it, which was very smelly and unpleasant.
