I had a straight forward enquiry.It took many phone calls to even get someone to call back.(which they did promise to do but did not call)Eventually after a month I got a call from Irvine office only to be told it would be the Ardrossan office who would deal with my claim.)A lady from Ardrossan office did call back but her sharp condescending manner was shocking I told her just forget it I don’t want your help.This lady then called back to apologise for her manner,but it was now past the point where I wanted help from this c... read more

I made a confirmed appointment on Friday for 10oclock Tuesday morning and duly adjusted my schedule to suit meeting got call whilst driving to meeting only to be told that a double booking had been made and others were getting priority over me I was offered an apology and told that another appointment could be made on Thursday I find this unacceptable and unprofessional and employed another local irvine company who were glad of the opportunity to conduct my business needs would not recommend this company
