Lost air conditioning last night (sat) Called the owner who was on vacation. They had a technician out here first thing Sunday morning. Diagnosed and repaired problem in 15 minutes. Very courteous and did not try to push a service plan on me like some of the other hvac people do.

We had to somewhat unexpectedly replace our HVAC system. It’s always nerve wracking to hire someone knowing the cost is likely going to be high and knowing reputation/integrity etc. we were beyond pleased with our experience and will give them a call for any heat and air needs in the future. They were kind, courteous and professional!

We had no heat and when my warranty company could not find anyone to come, they not only said they would service my heater, they came within a couple of hours. The service was friendly, professional and we had heat within half an hour of their arrival. I would definitely recommend them!

Highly recommend Taylor Heating & Cooling Inc! These boys came out after hours yesterday and got my air up and running and came back today to follow up! Quick, super polite and professional! They are a local family owned company.

So thankful for your 24 hr emergency service! With a foot of snow and bitterly cold on a Sunday afternoon Mr. Taylor and his son got to my house very quickly given the circumstances and got my furnace working again and our heat back on. Bless you guys! Recommend highly!
