I just moved here from Little Rock and needed someone to look at my failing hearing aid and brought it here to AudioNova. They were most helpful and were able to get it worked on even though it was just out of warranty free of charge - cant always get that. haha. But was most impressed by their facilities and staff that helped me. Definitely coming back here for my hearing aid needs and recommend you do too!!
I had a heating test today at Audio Nova in Heber Springs AR, and purchased Phonak Audeo 1 hearing aides. The staff was wonderful. So nice and helpful. The audiology tech was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything and made sure I understood. Setting up my hearing aides didn't take very long and the tech explained and demonstrated everything.
