I was pleased that I was given a full hearing test as a checkup, after using the hearing aids for a couple years. The aids certainly help, but you have to be realistic and can't expect too much from them.

Not sure what she did. I thought she might spend a little more time checking out how I thought the devices were working. I feel I got better service in the mountain home office.
