I have severe hearing loss so I needed the latest technology in hearing aids. This office had them in stock. I knew I wanted Phonac because all my research told me they were the best company and made in Germany. This office staff was very nice and easy to work with. We had a pleasant experience and I recommend them.
Staff always professional, courteous, and helpful. They explain functions, care, and how to use my new hearing aides. They also encouraged me to call or come by if I had any problems or questions about the new hearing aides and how to reprogram them if needed. Couldn't be happier with the staff and my new hearing aides.
