I don’t even want to give this woman one star. My girlfriend went to the baptist urgent care on 12th Ave for very bad head and neck pain. This woman was extremely demeaning and condescending towards her for no reason. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or what, but needs to learn better bedside manner.
I wouldn’t even give her 1 star to be honest. I went to Baptist urgent care on Airport with my MIL and 4yr old Son. She walked in with a very bad attitude, she clearly was upset by something and it just seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. She treated my Son terribly, she basically told him to get off of my lap that he isn’t her patient! I work at a hospital and have been in healthcare for 17 years. Completely unprofessional. Horrible bed side manner. Honestly felt as though she could not have cared less about my sick child. Very clearly heard her high-fiving and laughing-sharing details regarding my sons care and her displeasure in having to deal with us for everyone to hear outside of the exam room. Do better!
