I am an agency nurse and this was my first time here. As an agency nurse I usually expect the worst. Not the case here, all the staff was friendly professional and helpful. The facility is beautiful and well taken care of and so are the residents here!. If you have a loved one that needs to be anywhere but home, I would look into this place.
This is the worst company I have ever worked for. Stay away! The benefits are horrible, they under pay anyone who is not a director, you do not get sick days (which is very dangerous for the residents), there is no training, zero communication about anything, days are chaotic and stressful, and your boss will give you no support or guidance of any kind. I worked at this place for 8 yrs didn't even get 50 cents raising 8 yrs they find ways to not give you a raise I worked for Mike Smalley for most of the time works with the people when not giving raises Mike was a complete A-- like the rest of management worsts place I have ever worked for i wouldn't let my dog live in this place for reasons I can't say at this time f
Great community! Caring staff, and residents! Activities galore! Physical exercise, pool, recreation, planned day trips, worship services, music concerts. There is Independent Living, Assistive Living, Health Care, and Memory Care. Great place to retire!
