After complaining about confusion over the invoices, finally got a phone call from the service manager ( John Mills tech Number 138) (the same technician who came first time). After explaining all the details to him, he finally admitted that there was a overlapping on the labor, I was billed twice for the same thing. So, I got 45 minutes of labor back, should have been 1 hour, but whatever, it was not worth it to waste anymore time on this matter.
