I had walked in for a blood draw just to hear some nurses laugh and giggle about someone crying in the office and it really bothers me that these are the nurses going to be putting a needle in me and I had just felt disgusted that these are the people who say, "we care for our community" and then she jabbed the needle in me so many times and the person who should be supervising the individual wasn't present. I felt worse than a pin cushion.
Nurses had gossiped my breakdown to their peers and were laughing at me for it. Then it went to my neighbors I will be filling several HIPPA violations on this clinic.
Spent $200 to see a practitioner to get an ultrasound for follow up of abnormal mammogram and I had one form to fill out to release my records and they’ve lost it. What a hassle. Now I have to visit in person to sign the form again. It cannot be done. Electronically. really … healthcare in America sucks.
Dr Miguel Dorantes is so incredibly unreasonable,as a new patient,he didnt even look at my chart,get to know me,or familiarize himself with my history before he flat out denied me what i need. He wouldent even have a conversation about it. I wasent theyer for pain medication or anything like that but these doctors are so much more concerned with protecting themselves from prosocution than they are upholding theyer oath and giving theyer patients the highest standard of care possible.
