My child had an appointment at Taylor Farms Family Health & Wellness Center on February 25 at 3:45 PM with Dr. Guadalupe Arreola, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. My child has Down syndrome and autism, and after waiting about 45 minutes he became impatient in the exam room. I was actively trying to redirect him and keep him calm. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the care I received during my recent appointment. During our discussion regarding my diagnosis, the Doctor did not provide the expected level of expertise. Rather than referring me to a specialist for further evaluation, I was directed to an organization called Mood Health, which I believe to be a scam. I would like to discuss this matter further and ensure that I am referred to an appropriate specialist for my condition.
The customer service are horrible, the receptionist do not have people skills. They do not treat patients with respect. Thanks to the patients they have a job.
I initially loved going to this place: friendly and professional staff and always on time. As of late, that has changed a lot. The lab hours online day it’s open at 7 for glucose testing; in person there is a sign that says it opens at 7:30 am. It also states it opens at 12 (after lunch) and that is not the case, it’s actually 12:20 (and there is no notice of this anywhere).
