I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the care I received during my recent appointment. During our discussion regarding my diagnosis, the Doctor did not provide the expected level of expertise. Rather than referring me to a specialist for further evaluation, I was directed to an organization called Mood Health, which I believe to be a scam. I would like to discuss this matter further and ensure that I am referred to an appropriate specialist for my condition.
The customer service are horrible, the receptionist do not have people skills. They do not treat patients with respect. Thanks to the patients they have a job.
I initially loved going to this place: friendly and professional staff and always on time. As of late, that has changed a lot. The lab hours online day it’s open at 7 for glucose testing; in person there is a sign that says it opens at 7:30 am. It also states it opens at 12 (after lunch) and that is not the case, it’s actually 12:20 (and there is no notice of this anywhere). I had walked in for a blood draw just to hear some nurses laugh and giggle about someone crying in the office and it really bothers me that these are the nurses going to be putting a needle in me and I had just felt disgusted that these are the people who say, "we care for our community" and then she jabbed the needle in me so many times and the person who should be supervising the individual wasn't present. I felt worse than a pin cushion.
