The receptionists and medical assistants have always been kind, professional and helpful in my experience. The doctors however are a different story. Guadalupe Arreola specifically is a disgrace to the medical profession, and I urge patients to avoid her. My mom was under her vile care for almost a year because there are a lack of doctors at this clinic unfortunately. She was horrible to my mother, and we complained about her twice. Good luck getting an appointment. They never answer the phone.
This clinic is ridiculous! My son had an ear infection about a week ago, Marisol wanted to see him in 2-3 weeks. I called to reschedule for a later time because my toddler has an urgent appointment that came up. The receptionist said unfortunately I couldn’t reschedule my baby’s appointment until SEPTEMBER! Nor with any other doctor for a sooner appointment. The checkup is to see if the ear infection went away since he got an ear infection back to back.
