Jay provides exemplary service and first class advice. at all times. I have been a customer for over 10 years and purchased 3 bikes from him all of which have proven themselves. Could not recommend him Jay more highly.
I recently had my road bike serviced by Jay, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Not only did he perform the routine maintenance perfectly, but he also fixed a creaking noise that I hadn't even mentioned. Now, my bike rides incredibly smoothly, and the gear changes are razor-sharp. Jay's attention to detail and expertise are truly impressive.
