I unfortunately received a citation from Taylor County recently and I have to say, this is the first time I've ever been happy to pay a ticket. The 4 people I spoke with regarding the citation were without a doubt, the friendliest people I have ever dealt with in a governmental office. All 4 (I wish I could remember their names to give them credit) were incredibly friendly and understanding. Thank you all for your help & a great experience!
