Hi, We purchased a love chair from Taylor and co. recently and were very happy with the chair and price. However after having the chair in our home for a couple of days we started to notice a terrible smell and realized it was a seat cushion. When we turned the cushion over we noticed a yellow stain and the distinct odor of cat spray/urine. When we returned to the store and spoke to the staff they were very rude and refused to believe what had happened. We bought a chair from Evan Taylor recently. When we arrived home and were unloading it from the trailer we rented the leg fell off in my hand. It was quite obvious that it had broken in the past and had been glued back on, there was white glue inside where it had broken off. When we returned the following Monday we were told "all sales are final" and he implied that we broke it over the weekend and made offensive comments about my wife's weight.
