I wish I could give it a zero. The attempt to kill my mother at the Laconia location is 100% fact and has never been debated by the staff. The State will not prosecute due to the fact they’d have to shut this place down. Not only did they unplug her Lifeline and leave her for dead, but when that failed they tried to overdose her medication! Fortunately we intervened before Taylor nurse Heather Bell could finish her off, which further frustrated the CEO Michael Flaherty and prompted him to try to evict her. The greed is disgusting. In 2 1/2 years that my mother has been in assisted living needing the same level care (the lowest hourly help need that the list) her monthly rate has increased from 8,378.00 a month to 10,882.00 at their Wolfeboro location. Staff has not increased, actually they are short on staff for patients. There has been no added amenities that benefit Assisted Living people.
