Although I didn’t directly use Taylor Bracewell, our sellers used this firm. Throughout the process Taylor and Bracewell were extremely difficult to get into contact with. The estate agent, the seller and our solicitors would have to send multiple chaser emails to get responses. Documents that were encoded by the seller in November were only looked at in January which meant the process was delayed. Shocking experience. I consulted them about a Will under free Wills month. I wasn't happy with the draft or the vast amount of pages of client care and terms of business letter which was impossible to understand. I therefore sent everything back and said I did not wish to proceed to finality. They then raised a bill for over £200 which I didn't pay due to the fact it was prepared under the free Wills month scheme.
