If you want conveyancing go somewhere else. Takes 6 to 7 months to complete even when there is no chain. No communication and queries everything even if its not applicable and follows nothing up. Google why can't I give 0 stars?
Was annoyed and confused with recent issues with late father's estate after the first meeting my options for the best way forward were made very clear and concise .
After 2 weeks of phone calls to get them to send the initial paperwork for our property sale, we finally gave up and went elsewhere. Maybe they've just got too much work on at the moment and can't cope. Use another law firm, would be my advice.
