Excellent experience. Worker was so friendly and knowledgeable. Very upfront on what did or did not need work with our two Trek bikes after our move from Denver to Texas. Fair price. You will be in very good hands. 10/10 would recommend
Could not have been easier or more pleasant of an experience. Had to replace my bike’s front wheel and was in and out and in better shape than ever in just a matter of minutes! Feels reassuring to know I have this excellent resource for all bike-related queries and concerns right here in town!
Wow! What a great experience! Didn't expect myself driving to Taylor to find a bike but when they had the one I wanted in stock I made the trip. It was like a throwback bike shop with all the latest gear! Got another specialized Gravel bike and then did the tubeless setup with them. Totally cool shop! And great customer experience!!
I took my rear wheel in today that had a spoke that broke while riding yesterday. I explained I lived a long drive away. Checking the stock, a spoke and nipple were found and installed. The wheel was checked to make sure it ran true. Since I had 4,000 miles on this 3 year old bike, the rear hub was also cleaned, checked and fresh grease applied.
