Absolutely cannot beat the service and friendliness at Taylor Bike Company. They got me hooked up with a bike I could only find with them in a 400 mile radius. They stayed after the shop was closed to let me get the bike picked up from coming in from out of town. 10/10 will be reaching back out anytime I have any bike needs. I appreciate y’all again!
Eddy and Shannon are super awesome. I worked mainly with Eddy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very enthusiastic in answering my questions. Top notch experience here. The pricing was also fair. Waiting for delivery now, but I am sure that is also going to be great. Recommend them 100/100.
I’ve taken 5 different bikes here to get service and all come back in great condition. Also purchased my first new bike in 20 years. Everyone in there is friendly, cool, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Best bike shop around!!! Super fast turnaround, tons of knowledge, and a real passion for what they do. They make sure everything is dialed in and you're completely satisfied before you roll out. What really sets them apart is the communication: during the fix, they text updates and keep you in the loop every step of the way. It’s always a good time going in, and you leave knowing your bike got the best care possible. Highly recommend!
Great family owned bike shop. I was lucky enough to find this gem in Taylor which is close to where I live. I walked in as soon as the doors opened on Saturday and had my bike on the rack getting serviced. The tune required a small amount of work to get it back up and running but I ended up upgrading a bunch of items because of the knowledge I gained while waiting.
