Always upgrading & improvement in apts and grounds. Community room has activities for Seniors. Management of Fannie Taylor Homes - needs to make larger Laundry room & should have at least 8 washers and dryers for 150 residents. 77 apts are in the inner Courtyard. Taxi and delivery drivers can't find the front office patio to pick up residents for Dr appointment or deliver packages. There are 3 bulletin boards - that show exactly where our Silver Tree Residential Apts are located. Google maps has better directions.
Living here 12 years. Read the tenant lease rules. 10 potted plants allowed. Nothing attached to outside wall or patio outdoor rugs. No planting anything in the ground. Foreign people don't understand American property laws. When you rent a apartment - you don't* own the ground. When you buy your own house and ground* then you can put plants on your own ground.
