Worst shopping experience ever!!! – I am renovating and remodeling a martial arts school, and remembered Taychen from a previous trip to Collin Creek Mall. The store carries a lot of nifty stuff that is hard to find anywhere else. I was in the store for about a half hour, and was not greeted or spoken to AT ALL!!! Horrible Customer Service/Owner – I used to shop at this store because they carried hard to find decent stuff for dragons and celtic figurines and statues. After today though I will not shop there. I went into this store and found one item I liked in a glass case and one item that was not in the case. The one item out of case was $85.00 and in the case I was not sure.
