I have had the pleasure of working with Taya on a high pressured deal. A couple who found themselves in need of a bridge loan as the home they were moving into was almost completely built and their current home hadn't sold in the time frame expected. Taya was a calming presence and task master who saw everything through to the delight of all parties. Did I mention that the homes were in two different states, lol!! Thank you for all you do Taya!
Expertise and effort combined to get the loan done.
Taya is such a GEM, truly a pleasure doing business with her. She is an asset to anyone that comes across her. With over 20+ years of experience, she is your go-to gal!
I can’t thank Taya and her staff enough for their recent work on my HELOC. They have the combo you want: smart, creative, professional, friendly, attentive. I HIGHLY recommend! Keep up the great work!
Taya is wonderful to work with. She sends referrals often and is prompt with responding and truly cares about her customers.
