UPDATE: As of July 2025, Tax Wize has not filed my 2020 taxes that I paid for, and will not respond to any communications. All I have asked for is for Mary to do the work I paid for and file the ppwk. I feel like I've been ripped off and paid for a service that was never was executed. I have been a customer with Taxwize since the 2019 tax season. Last year’s tax season, a secretary failed to check to ensure all tax documents were uploaded when she scanned them in. I received my tax return and it did not have my signature on it, someone else from her company signed it. This year, I received notice from the IRS that I have delinquent taxes owed from 2022 when the company failed to submit all of my documentation.
