I have been a customer with Taxwize since the 2019 tax season. Last year’s tax season, a secretary failed to check to ensure all tax documents were uploaded when she scanned them in. I received my tax return and it did not have my signature on it, someone else from her company signed it. This year, I received notice from the IRS that I have delinquent taxes owed from 2022 when the company failed to submit all of my documentation. If you own an LLC or S-Corp, do not use TaxWize. Mary has made a laundry list of amateur mistakes on my returns in many ways. For example, she underestimated my taxable income by well over $100,000. Because of this mistake, she had to learn tax rules surrounding LLCs and S-Corps. Unfortunately, I had to teach her tax write-offs and tax codes, and I'm not a tax professional.
