Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT use them! If they ask for money for "financial tax planning" do not give it to them...they are a scam! After being a client for more than 6 months, I received an email on April 14th stating that I will have to find someone else to do our taxes because we "weren't on the same page"....WHAT??? If there was a problem then pick up the damn phone and call and talk to us about it! Gave them one star because it would not allow me the option of no stars!!
