Fast and easy highly recommended.
I am giving a 5 star rating as per last year tax return and the agent was very polite and completed both my elderly mother and mine taxes with no issues. This year I went to the location and I noticed a sign that it is only open on Friday's. Although, I was able to schedule an appointment at this site through the central office for this March 2924 I am sadden that we cannot have this site open everyday for at least the tax season from March to April 2024. Dina could not have done a better job for me when I unexpectedly had to leave Ontario to care for a relative. Dina was very courteous and efficient. She expedited my tax return in 24 hours and i even got a refund. I'm so happy. I've been with Taxwide for several years now and am much more happy with the experience than when I was with another well know tax preparation company.
