I have been their client since 2006 , but I won't be going back again next year cause I can't afford their rates. I was charged $92 first time & another $ 25 for an RRSP which I forgot. Considering that I have been their loyal client for so long, I would have appreciated it if they offered me a discount. Thank you, but never going back.
