Around 4/3/2020 I have spoke with Mr. Shiva at TaxVista to understanding there services and cost; at that movement communication went very well and Mr. Shiva asked me to upload all my necessary current and previous tax return documents to there website portal. So he can line up the documents and prepare 2019 tax return. I have been filing taxes with Taxvista since last 6-7 years and I know Anand personally. When I was in CA they served better but after moving to Chicago first filing due to a problem the way taxes were filed I ended up paying interest and fines. This year I have been following with them since last 6 weeks and providing all the information they need but they are not responding properly and I think they are very busy and I suggest all other state and customers non local should not continue with them as they cannot support such... read more
