All will go perfectly till you ask for help after CRA request!!. They simply ignore your emails or not returning your calls. Unfortunately this behaviour from a senior staff. I had to move my account and paid one more time to sort out the CRA issue.

Terrible Service. I contacted them on April 3, 2019 and no one ever got back to me. I phoned them almost every week to get an update, but I've been always given broken promises (I will look at it today, will be back to you tomorrow). I kept my cool for three weeks and then I phoned on April 27th. I was again told the same thing and I quote "You will hear from me by the end of today." But NOTHING happened. Now, I am scrambling to look for an accountant before the April 30 deadline.
Words can not begin to express the amount of gratitude I have for Taxvisors Accountants and especially Omer Farooq who has been handling my tax returns since 2008.
