Worst tax services ever. Sai Kiran Reddy disappears after the tax season. Does not respond to any calls, messages and queries. I do not recommend doing business with these folks as they are not reliable at all.
Mr. Sai Kiran disappeared after filing my federal taxes. Despite many attempts, I couldn’t reach him. It seems he’s based in India and only activates his phone number during certain months of the year. As a result, I had to hire another accountant to handle my state and city taxes, which was a very frustrating experience.
Do not file your taxes through this person. This is a fraudulent agency. I paid the fee to have my tax return amended and now Sai Kiran is not responding to my emails, texts or calls when trying to get in touch about the status of my return.
