Love TaxSmith been using them for the past 20 years. Mike and his daughter have always been very helpful to me. There's even been a few years in the past when I was almost late filing and they still fit me I wouldn't go any place else.
This place has been doing my taxes for well over a decade! I have absolutely no complaints! Mike is very friendly, his staff is knowledgeable and each time I’ve called or emailed, my questions were answered quickly!
Mike has been doing our taxes in and out of Florida for 20 years. Not one issue and not one audit would not go anywhere else!
Horrible horrible horrible. They have been messing up my mothers and my taxes for the past 3 years. The secretary is rude and they do not answer their phones. If you want to ask questions you have to go in. The owner is not good about explaining things and they had to do taxes over two years in a row because they did them incorrectly.
