Worst customer service..the receptionist woman there is so rude..won't let you finish talking first before she answers at your concerns and queries...instead she snaps at you and judge you that your interrupting her talk..and she's kinda not welcoming to clients and not a good listener and she will rush you or put you hold on the phone .. Sorry but im not gonna make business with you if you have an attitude like that towards your clients.
I had a horrible experience I was asking a question or I should really say TRIED to ask a question.....I was interrupted and told to ask Canada Revenue. Maybe she could have answered my question if she had actually let me ask the entire question. So thanks Tax Smart. I call Canada Revenue and b on the phone for ever. Next tax season ill b going somewhere else.
Walt helped me incorporate in January, 2026 & said I could reach out for any further clarification(s). Several emails, visits & calls (to reception) later, he has neither responded to my emails, returned my calls nor addressed the issues raised. This is strange because Medina did my 2023 taxes & it was a smooth sail. He (Walt) did my 2024 taxes & we were cool while Janette (I hope I got that right) did my 2025 taxes & we had no issues at all. I find it unsettling that he's refused to respond since April.
Love this place I see it moved, wish I had saved my tax guys number here he’s been a breath of fresh air for years, hope he didn’t retire
