The main accountant is so unprofessional. He wouldn’t call you back, as promised. He gives more importance to his larger clienteles/clients who own a business/businesses. I had by far the worst experience with this office and will never come back for any of their services. There are way, too many options out there who are more professional, accommodating and efficient, why will we settle for less and for what? If I don’t get a good service why would I stay? It’s just like restaurants, there are so many options.

The goverment sent me a reassessment for 3 out of 4 tax years i filed with this company. These people are not professionals. They made many huge mistakes. I only went here because it was close to home and i didnt drive, but ill NEVER get my taxes done here again. They are fools.
I have used Taxsmart for the last three years. I am not at all happy with them. Last year they made a mistake. I could accept that. This year they made 2 huge mistakes! First, they sent me home with somebody else’s tax return!!! I had all of that person’s private information - SIN number, name, address, phone number, and income etc!!! Secondly, and more importantly for me, I owed a lot more money than they said I did (I owed 30% more)! I recently reached out to Tax Smart for assistance with some tax-related questions. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The receptionist who answered my call was discourteous and unhelpful. When I inquired about speaking with someone who could assist me, she bluntly said no and ended the call without offering to schedule an appointment or provide any alternatives. This interaction left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their customer service.
