This place really sucks , I did my taxes on April 15. Irs have been delay over 3 months and then they send me a letter saying it’s going to be delayed for another 2 months. Don’t come here at all. This place sucks and I’m so disappointed.
Terrible customer service, inaccurate filing, and just an overall awful experience. Do not go here unless you want your taxes to be filed incorrectly causing a cascade of problems and then have the office continuously ignore you when you reach out for help. I have text and called repeatedly just to be ignored on multiple occasions. They don’t even have the decency of calling you back or returning your texts. Pésima comunicación, nadie responde llamadas, textos, o correos electrónicos. Pague $250 para un servicio y no eh tenido resultados. Fui a la oficina, me dijeron que en dos dias me daban respuesta ya an pasado 4 dias y nadie a llamado, Esto es absurdo.
I would NOT recommend this business to anyone, they are not professionals at all! Save yourself a headache, they don’t answer the phones, no phone etiquette at all when they do answer, they supposedly filed my taxes but yet there is no record of them on the irs website.
