It’s a shame that I was a customer for years I literally took all my fam. to her and they messed up on my son’s return not once but twice. The second time we called the IRS they said a return was never submitted. I have called to all her numbers and emailed and still no answer. No respect whatsoever, no explanation. Worst experience, would not recommend.

It’s just terrible, you’re better off going to other places, i don’t know what they are doing wrong but i did my taxes with these people and paid and IRS says they can’t find my information
This place really sucks , I did my taxes on April 15. Irs have been delay over 3 months and then they send me a letter saying it’s going to be delayed for another 2 months. Don’t come here at all. This place sucks and I’m so disappointed.
