I called this place that’s close to my house explained that I have a business and need to do my taxes. They set the appointment. I show up 10 mins early to my appointment. She was busy with another client said it will be 15 min. No problem, I am a patient guy. Then was told I needed last years returns so they can look over them. No problem I live 5mins away.
