Absolute TRASH! To start off I’ve don’t my taxes with them for the last 12 years. Had some issues in the past nothing crazy to be mentioned. Come this year 2024…. Started off saying I owed $4,500. After many calls and issues back and forth then calling someone who actually knew what they were doing we went from $4,500 down do $715.
