Excellent Software, very easy to use. I like how you can have preparers in your office and each of them have their own portal with their limitations, if working with students. I like the signature feature is the best. What I don't like is that there are few city or local taxes you have to mail it out because the software will not e-file them. Excellent Software. Very easy to used. The software guides you thorough the tax return to help you find errors or missing information. Victor is very professional and offers excellent customer service. Sam is also very professional. I has been using for three years, I am very satisfied for what I get for the price. I recommend to anyone who want to save money, has a excellent customer service and have an excellent software.
I like the product so far first year using Taxprolink change from Taxware that I used the last 3 years Ultimate Tax 3 years before that everything was good until April 15th when Taxprolink servers crashed and I could not finish my Extensions or returns but no one is perfect probably s overload besides that everything was good I'll used them again next year Sincerely Wanda 22 years Tax Professional @ One Above all Bkkg and Tax Services in Highland, CA

This is a great product, it is robust and easy to use, I switched over from taxslayer professional, which I didn't like, other than their knowledge base. If taxprolink developed its own knowledge base center, it would take the entire market share, also, if it had the ability to import w-2's and 1099s, like Taxact, that would be incredible.
