This was the first year we did our own taxes. Well the IRS picked up on that. Alex was amazing, she was a pure professional and made you feel comfortable with a judgement free atmosphere. She ensure I did not have to pay so much money back. She really lessened the blow for us. She truly understands current tax laws and ensures she uses it to each households advantage. I received a notice from the IRS regarding properties bought and sold not in my name. After 5 days and no luck reaching the IRS, I reached out to her. I explained the situation and she was on it. Her communication and transparency is professional. This was a six figure tax I owed. She took care of this matter and had it resolved and cleared up with the IRS. I highly recommend Tax Pro Lady !!!
