We have been with Tax Pro in Midway for years with little issues until recently they quoted us $100 a couple years ago to do my daughter’s taxes that is a simple file this year. They wanted to charge her 478$ my son went somewhere else and had the same thing done for $90 I think it’s cruel and unfair to take almost her whole tax return for punching in a few numbers into the system, and as she was preparing mine this year, she told me she was not good at math. Poor documentation, slow and delayed filling. Used this organization for two state and federal years of files long and I am still dealing with issues related to these filing years. More options have moved to the valley likely any of them will do better job.

I have a business and I’ve been working with Tax Pros for 4 yrs now. The last 2 yrs I’ve had Ronnie process my taxes. She is very efficient and fast!! I highly recommend her! 💜

Marty is a great guy with a lot of knowledge. Generally I would recommend him. However over the last year it seems he is overloaded and doesn't respond to my calls/texts or emails anymore. On the occasion he does its after I have tried reaching out 3 or 4 times and its usually a 2-4 weeks later. Overall he knows the tax world but for whatever reason in my experience he doesn't communicate well with clients and I have incurred several costs by him not communicating or fulfilling on his end. I personally would look else where.
