The worst tax service I have ever received. We used TaxPro last year when Marty was still there. He ran the numbers with my husband and managed to somehow miss most of my annual salary (I had 2 W2s that year, only one was filed). Fast forward to this year, we send Brandon (his son who is now solely managing the business) our tax documents in early March. We follow up repeatedly during that period with no response. We have been with Tax Pro in Midway for years with little issues until recently they quoted us $100 a couple years ago to do my daughter’s taxes that is a simple file this year. They wanted to charge her 478$ my son went somewhere else and had the same thing done for $90 I think it’s cruel and unfair to take almost her whole tax return for punching in a few numbers into the system, and as she was preparing mine this year, she told me she was not good at math.
