I was using services of TaxPro Florida in 2024 . Was filing married jointly with my husband, taxes were filed incorrectly, all of my income was under my husband’s name and I didn’t get credits for my Social Security. Also going through Immigration process , so my incorrect taxes were sent to USCS ,which can significantly affect my immigration process and can make both me and my husband look bad in the eyes of a government . This bookkeeper will sugar coat everything and spread lies. Never answered calls or anything. Chris left me in so much tax debt in 2021. Unless you want to owe the IRS do not go with them..
