TaxPlanIQ has really changed the way I operate my firm. The software has given me the confidence I need to really add value to my client relationships and get paid what I'm worth. Add to that, they are the most amazing group of people and truly have your best interest in mind!
I was ONE WEEK LATE paying the monthly fee and they hit me with a $1200 CANCELATION FEE. Steer clear of this company!!
DO NOT SIGN UP. They use the contract as a weapon against their customers. I asked to cancel the subscription few weeks ago. They automatically billed me for next few months and charged my credit card. On top of that, they deactivated my account. If you're going to forcefully charge the clients, at least give us access until the end of subscription period. Their sales rep, Brandon Curry, will also sell you on BS offers which will never get delivered. I don't recommend TaxPlan IQ to anyone, unless they want to pay them 1k a m... read more
hands down the dumbest decision I made in 2024. If you're a CPA or have a basic knowledge of the tax code and/or the ability to read you do not need this.
