I've been their client for more than 25+ years. Their office maybe small & outdated but not a big deal. Location is very convenient for those who takes public transportation. The only downside is when they are behind or really busy it may take several weeks or so for them to finalize your tax and call you. Make sure to email or call them to follow up since they are very busy during tax season. I can't really complain since they always treat me well and everyone are nice and very professional. Michael and Julian are the best!
