A friend referred me to Taxperts. I paid for a half-hour consultation with "Manthan" and promptly emailed all my documents for lodgement. After that he went completely silent, I had to follow up multiple times over several days just to confirm he’d received my email. He promised to call the next day but he went silent. unprofessional staff. even with appointment had to wait almost an hour. an accountant student have more knowledge than most staff. I went for my first ever tax return and i had to give them all the ideas for the deduction while they should be giving me ideas and the types of expense i could add.
Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Absolute disgrace. Went on 18/08/2022 for an appointment for annual tax lodgement. These people do not know how to claim complicated cases. Absolute unprofessional behaviour by accountant RISHAV. Does not know anything about tax deductions, had to ask his senior accountant multiple times! Rishav threatened me of deportation from the Australian government if I were to claim complex deductions (absolute hilarious). Made me waste an hour and pay the 110$ fee which I tried to dispute ... read more
