We have been using Bill for years with good results. However, his true colors showed up when I discovered through the ATF for my LLC that Bill had changed the Managing Partner of my company from me to his daughter! He said they must have made a mistake when they filed. Are you kidding? How do you change this by error. It has taken me months to get this resolved and I am still waiting for the ATF to reissue my license. This is serious infraction.
