I sit down with bill and do my taxes in person. He always does a great job for years and I haven’t had any of the other problems. I see on these comments. Only downfall is it sometimes hard to get a hold of anyone.
This is your warning to go elsewhere for your tax needs. Dropped off my taxes in April. They did not get submitted until SEPTEMBER. My husband and I called numerous times during these months to check on the progress of our tax return, just to be told by the receptionist that “it will be done by Friday.” She told us this multiple times.
