I must agree with the original review done by Ezzie. I can't speak for every rep at this location, but the person I worked with Kourtney/Coco was incompletely incompetent. She filed my taxes with incorrect info, which resulted in my taxes being held (I still have not received my refund to date) she also offered me "kids" for $1500 per kid. Since having the issue with my refund I have gotten little to no assistance, I went to the office to request a copy of my tax return and the information has been changed since I originally... read more
